「Nice room clean, Restraunt on property was good and convenient.」

「Electric black out curtain did not work! Room was on the street side and shopping mall parking lot lights were a nuisance. 」

「The only problem i had with the sray is the rooms are not handicap access. The toilets sit really low for a elderly person. They was gonna move us to a handicap room. They said it was one. But no railing in bathroom . Mu elderly mom had a hard time getting off toilet no walk in showers for the elderly or handicap .But it was a good stay.」

「I've stayed in this hotel 4-5 times over the last 3 years - it used to be pretty good. Card readers for the external access doors on the East & West side of the building need 3 or 4 tries in order to work, so guests place a rock to prop the door open negating any semblance of security. 「The air conditioner worked just fine.the only complaint I have is you go on line book the room a month ahead of time and then when you get there it isn't ready,the guy behind the desk gave me not one but three times when the room would be ready.the reservation says check in time starts at four,well I was there and it wasn't ready until 5:30pm.it had been a long day to start off with and this made it worse,thought about cancelling my reservation and going somewhere else but then I would get me...

「Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. 」

「The staff was wonderful. My room was "okay". There were old French fries with a dab of ketchup under the bathroom sink. My dog found the fries in a hurry. There were also fruit flies living under the rim of my bathroom sink, undoubtedly in some mold that inhabits there. There was no ironing board and one promised never came. The tiny dirt patch to potty dogs can be tough when people don't clean up after themselves. Not the hotel's fault but there is no other place to potty them.」
