ABSOLUTELY visit the WEB SITE www.levignacq-location.net, where you will see throughout the House (Interior, Garden, village and surrounding area).The garden overlooks a vast meadow bordered by the river "Le Vignac".
In summer, a great barbecue garden will let you enjoy your lunch and spend pleasant evenings relaxing around good grill, sheltered under the pergola facing the sunset!
Trails have been constructed in the village for long walks through the pine forest.
In winter, after a walk on the beaches of the Ocean, you relax before a good fire!
Ideal home for your vacation: summer season, end of year holidays, spring, Easter or your long weekend.
The house is located in a charming typical village of Landes with its half-timbered houses, quiet, and close to the Ocean (12 km) - in the heart of the village, a short walk from the fortified church from the 14th century with its bell tower dungeon and its gateway Louis XIII in wrought iron and wooden bars.

Sejour fort agreable dans cette charmante maison

Cette maison grande, confortable et bien agencée avec toutes les commodités, est l'endroit idéal pour passer un séjour dans les Landes en famille dans le calme. Le très grand espace extérieur avec son barbecue permet un repos réel en toute tranquillité tout en passant des soirées animés en famille. L'accueil a été charmant, agréable, parfait. Cette maison, nous a vraiment plus que l'on y retournera certainement.

Calme, authenticité, confort, tranquillité

Bonjour, Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines en famille ( 2 adultes + 3 enfants ) au calme et dans un village typiquement landais ; au milieu coule le Vinacq. La maison est spacieuse et confortable et bien tenue. A 15 mn en voiture de la Plage du Cap de l'Homy, en vélo c'est aussi très agréable, la piste démarre à 150 m de la maison. Pour les amateurs, il y a 1 terrain de tennis dans le village. La maison est à proximité des sentiers de forêts. A 10 mn de Lit et Mix ! Nous reviendrons sans doute dans la région .... à faire absolument le courant d'huchet qui rejoint l'océan ! Les plages sont immenses ... Bon séjour aux prochains locataires ! Excellent séjour dans cette belle maison restaurée

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette vaste et belle propriété superbement restaurée, bénéficiant de toutes les commodités. L'endroit est particulièrement agréable pour s'y retrouver en famille en raison du calme et de la sérénité qui règne dans ce petit village gascon d'où partent au travers pins et bruyères, sentiers et pistes cyclables. Plages, marchés artisanaux et divertissements sont facilement accessibles - navettes gratuites au départ du village .... Nous soulignons la gentillesse de Nadyne, préposée à l'accueil des locataires que nous tenons spécialement à remercier pour sa grande disponibilité et son souci de rendre service. Nous recommanderions certainement cet endroit à nos connaissances et amis.

"Een perfecte woning in een authentiek rustig dorpje in Les Landes. Diverse stranden op 15 tot 20 km. Leuke dorpjes in de buurt, maar ook Bordeaux, Biarritz of St. Sebastian zijn goed te doen. Veel bossen, beekjes, wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Het huis is ruim, schoon en comfortabel (bedden mogen iets groter. De tuin is ruim (deels privé, deels weiland) en barbecuen of genieten. Als het lukt dan gaan we een keer weer terug! Bedankt Marie-Andrée en ook de gastvrouw Nadyne!"

"Une grande maison familiale spacieuse et très fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée, très calme. De grandes chambres permettent d''avoir de l''intimité, et la salle à manger et la terrasse sont idéales pour qu''on se retrouve tous ensemble lors d''intempéries...Les promenades en extérieur laissent découvrir les habitations typiques des Landes. Les ballades dans les pins au milieu des fougères et bruyères sont sympa et dépaysantes. L''église de Lévignacq vaut vraiment le détour. Le marché de Lit et Mix permet le ravitaillement et l''océan est vraiment très proche. La seule inconnue reste la météo, mais les proprios ne sont pas responsables!"

"La propriété est tout à fait conforme aux indications de l''annonce. L''accueil sur place par Nadine, qui est restée très disponible durant tout le séjour, est parfait. En ce mois de juillet où le début de la semaine a été "arrosé", nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette grande habitation et son confort, surtout à 12 (3 familles). Ensuite, avec le retour du soleil, nous avons découvert la région, les plages qui sont proches, les marchés typiques et bien sur, nous avons profité du jardin et du barbecue. Pour des retrouvailles familiales, dans ce cadre et ce village très tranquille, c''était parfait. Pour les futurs locataires, Vous pouvez louer en toute confiance."

"Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem riesigen Garten, groß genug um dort Fußball zu spielen. Wir, 4 Erwachsene und mit 3 Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Perfekt ausgestattete Küche und große,geschmackvoll eingerichete Zimmer mit Antiquitäten. Zum Meer sind es nur 20 Minuten !! Leider gibt es weder Bäckerei noch irgendeinen Laden in Levignanc. Nächste Einkaufsmögölichkeit ist in 7 km Entfernung."
