Fantastic stay in the most lovely villa with yard.

Pros: Well kept Italian yard, opportunity to eat outside, balconies with view. Pool. Quite spacious. Small garden cottage house with queen bed and attached full bathroom. The villa is a short but steep 10 minute hike up from Levanto town that it owns its views. There is a direct short way to the beach down stairs and the boat connecting the Cinque Terre villages. The hiking trail to Monterosso al Mare is passing by the villa separated by a dense hedge.

Amazing views!

We truly enjoyed our stay! House was very clean, well equipped and in a great location; walkable to town for dinners and shopping. The view from the porch and/or the balconies is absolutely stunning!

What a beautiful place! It’s an old villa but really gorgeous with terrific views. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill and a slog uphill coming back! Levanto is a lovely place. It was spring tides and the surfers were all out! Lots of terrific places to eat and swim and shop.

Levanto villa

The Levento villa is up a manageable but narrow road, with great views of the Mediterranean. It worked well for our two families of 4 (8 people total).

Wonderful experience

Paolo was an excellent host and this property is amazing. Paolo met us at the train station, along with a shuttle for us and our large group’s luggage. The shuttle was essential throughout our trip as this property is up a long and steep hill from the main town. The house is well kept and the accommodations were perfect - even had a changing table and crib for our toddler. The views are amazing and even in summer there was no need for AC given the constant and cool breeze. I wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this house and the town of Levanto. We found Levanto a much more enjoyable town to stay vs the Cinque Terre towns.

Wir waren im August zu Gast. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war ok. Der Weg bzw. die Straße zum Haus ist abenteuerlich, keine Empfehlung für Kinderwagen. Zum Strand und in das Städtchen ist man zu Fuß in 10 Min, Supermarkt ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

Magnifique emplacement

Cette belle maison est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Levanto (attention ça grimpe) et directement sur le sentier de la randonnée vers Monterosso. L'équipement est correct et la maison a beaucoup de charme. La cinquième chambre est en fait une dépendance qui se situe dans le jardin. Lea piscine est plus petite que sur les photos mais agréable. Le seul bémol du séjour est la propreté. En effet nous aurions apprécié que la maison soit nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Nous avons échangé avec notre hôte et il est intervenu le lendemain mais pas suffisamment à notre goût et spécifiquement dans la dépendance.
