Spacious apartment for 6 people in the center of Levanto, 110 square meters and 100 square meters of garden.
"Corso Roma 15 - Vacanze" is located in a perfect position, just 170 meters from the beach of Levanto; it is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday.
Shops, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants a short distance away.
Excellent for large families, even with children, and for small groups of friends up to 6 people.
Levanto is also the ideal starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre, by boat, with the paths, or by train.
The station is 650 meters away, it can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment between guests' departure and arrival.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Communication between guest and host is necessary; we always try our best to provide a great service but, to do so, some information is needed before your arrival.
If you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
If you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time at reception.

Levanto is the perfect starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, by train, by boat and by paths.
The town is a traditional Ligurian sea village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeing.
It is a slow city where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Don't miss the cycle path on the sea with its breathtaking views, which extends along the old railway line and connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

The main feature of this apartment is that it is very spacious: 110 square meters. It comfortably accommodates large families or groups of friends up to 6 people.
In an excellent location, in the center of Levanto and only 170 meters from the beach.
It has a small private garden, with lawn, lemon trees, barbecue, table and chairs, deck chairs. Pets are welcome, upon agreement.
"Corso Roma 15 - Vacanze" has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. It has only one bathroom, with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Very well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, hob with 4 burners, oven, fridge, freezer, sink. Nespresso, American coffee machine, Italian moka, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, juicer. Dining table with chairs. TV.
From the kitchen you can directly access the garden, going down a flight of stairs.
