Space
Enjoy a clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet space where you can rest and relax. You can breathe the fresh, pure air on the balcony, which has pleasant rocking chairs. Also, experience the sighting of thousands of birds such as parrots, macaws and more at sunset around 4:30 pm Or enjoy the comfortable sofa in the living room where you can relax with the help of a fan! There is a state-of-the-art 40-inch SMART TV (internet connected) in the living room.


In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals (cutlery set, coffee maker, blender, glass set, pot set, spoon set, chocolate pot, plates, dish soap and cleaning cloths). Basic pantry items such as coffee, sugar, salt and oil are also provided. You will have a bar table and two bar chairs.


Don't worry about drinking water: you have a WATER FILTER for your peace of mind! Forget about buying large bottles or gallons; You won't need them here!


Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning for a cool and pleasant stay, relieving the high temperatures in the area. There is a closet in each room to organize your belongings and a nightstand with a lamp that has wireless charging for your phone. In one room you will find two beds (one single and one double), and in the next room there is a double bed. WIFI IS available in all areas of the apartment.


The apartment has a main bathroom equipped with a set of towels for each guest, as well as hand and body soap.


There is a sofa bed in the living room that can comfortably accommodate an EXTRA person (additional cost applies). It is the most comfortable and convenient feature of this apartment!


At the rear, you have access to the patio, which has a laundry area and cleaning supplies such as a broom, dustpan, mop and clotheslines to dry clothes.
