「The room smelt like mold!! Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful!! I was forced to leave after the fist night after breathing the MOLD and mildew! Fell sick after ....Terrible and worse place. I do NOT recommend this hotel find some where else !! I would have give zero stars if that was the option.」

「The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...

Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf.」

「Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't.
