"There was a nice view from both the hotel shared areas and the room. The kitchenette with mini fridge and the washer and dryer were helpful. The room was clean but smelled of bleach and the floors were a little sticky from the recent cleaning, so we wanted to leave the slider door open to air it out but there was no screen door to stop bugs from entering with it open. Our TV had no signal so we were unable to use it. The restaurant service was okay. The location is very convenient to the airport and to downtown. Would be happy to stay again for a travel day, as we did, but not throughout one's vacation. "

"Our stay at Emerald Beach Resort was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The room itself was mediocre at best, but the beds and pillows were absolutely awful—easily some of the most uncomfortable we’ve ever experienced. The bigger issue was the complete lack of basic functionality and service. The phone in our room didn’t work at all (no dial tone), and the TV wouldn’t load Netflix. We reported both issues on day one and followed up every single day of our 7-day stay. Not once were these problems resolved. We spend our days out exploring and expect to come back and relax in the evenings. Instead, we were met with ongoing issues and zero follow-through. Being told repeatedly that something will be taken care of—and then having nothing done for an entire week—is unacceptable. This was a complete failure in both maintenance and customer service. I would not stay here again."

"View and beaches are great and the staff mostly helpful. Food was just okay, even as an Ocean Point guest. Ru and Domenica (DD) were great servers, attentive and truly kind."

"The Morgan hotel is beautiful boutique style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I was satisfied with my stay there. My favorite part was the beautiful clear blue pool area overlooking the ocean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and there are other restaurants and activities within walking distance from the hotel, such as maho beach and nearby restaurants. "

"I would not recommend. To be a “4 star” hotel, there is no way I should hear guests walking above me, hearing furniture move/people taking in adjacent rooms. Couldn’t enjoy peace and quiet while on vacation. "

"Poolside was fine. Free chairs and not crowded. The beach was beautiful, but everything else was a disappointment. Staff were rude, service was slow, and drink options were oddly restricted depending on time and location. Basic things were frustrating, no coffee for the in-room machine, the café closed early, and even getting toast for my sick child turned into an argument. Housekeeping was unreliable. Not a convenient location either. We did a lot of driving to see places on our list. I’d recommend staying on the French side instead."
