This property was horrible. We arrived at 11 pm and were denied access to our pre-paid room. This left me and my 16 year old daughter on the streets of Paris in the middle of the night with no lodging. They double booked my room and refused to refund my money. Worst travel experience of my life. Do not trust them! The room was fully paid for three nights in a junior suite and we had to walk around and find new lodging. The desk attendant spoke perfect English and laughed in my face when turning us away. When we found another better place to stay two hours later, I was still crying because this experience was stressful and humiliating. The other hotel was kind and treated us amazing. Please listen and do not stay here!!!

"If you ever wanted to stay in an RV and haven't done so yet, this is your chance! It took us over 90 minutes to check in - yes, almost 2 full hours. The line had at least 40 people in it.
