I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I think it’s more a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars. Room is impressively small and we can hear easily occupants in other rooms or in the corridor. For the price paid, I expect definitely more from a hotel. However, the location is amazing and it’s safe. Hotel staff were great too.

First time staying. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They spoke many languages which was great The rooms were clean, tidy and soundproof. Housekeeping available when needed. Great location to many restaurants and the promenade.

Fabulous stay at Hotel West End - excellent location on the promenade, friendly and attentive staff, luxurious rooms, and daily room service made our stay terrific!
