"This was our first time in Paris and I was a bit nervous about this. It turned out to be a very smooth and comfy stay. The checkin instructions came a day before and we found everything we need to know on the kitchen counter after checkin. The little apartment is at a prime location where you can go to lots of places by walking. "The inside of the apt was clean and stocked. Nice towels and sheets. The outside courtyard and stairway were dirty and needed an upgrade. Missing trim, dirty walls, tape on windows, etc! The location was definitely the best part of the rental experience. Shops close by and really close to the Eiffel Tower. The property manager was also very responsive."

"Location is great, but we arrived late having booked for three people and there were only beds set up and towels for two. One of the PowerPoints was faulty and gave my daughter a bad electric shock, and the beds were not very comfortable."

"The location of the apartment is great! Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from the street! You can easily access public transportation. Nicole was very kind and allowed us to check in very early after. The place has the basics which was just fine as we were mostly out and about exploring. It so important to note that the bathroom is down steep steps which was fine for our family but may be challenging for some. Would stay again "
