In Belleville, Studio Apartment 312 (21 m²), accessible without steps, offers an excellent view of the Alps. It consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. However, the apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, or a maximum of 3 adults. For more than 3 adults, a second apartment – number 313 – can be made available and is also bookable.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, a private covered terrace for relaxing in the evening, access to a shared gym, and an elevator in the building. Please note: the accommodation does not have air conditioning or bath towels.

Every studio features a south-facing balcony with open views of Cîme Caron, Vallée du Loup, and La Masse. The recently renovated apartments offer all comforts and are steps from shops.



The residence has an elevator and ski-in/ski-out access. The Piou Piou kids’ club is at the doorstep. Many activities are available in both summer and winter.
