"Die Dame die mir den Schlüssel nach 30 min. Klingeln und 5x Anrufen überreicht hat war sehr nett. "We stayed with family for a few weeks to bridge a housing situation and felt like home with all necessary amenities in the unit. The cozy 2 bedroom apartment with separate living room and kitchen is located in Vienna's famous 19th District, surronded by mature trees and minutes away from little wineries and cozy restaurants. There's a very nice outdoor sitting area, that invites to enjoy the fresh air and nature around. Gerti is a wonderful host and everything was to our liking!"

"Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar."

"This is a lovely hotel for solo travelers like me who just want a place to crash and are out for most of the day. It was clean and spacious in the room, and I appreciated the free tea and kettle (I was able to make myself oatmeal for breakfast that way, which helped my budget). The location is very close to the D trolley stops, which I appreciated, although be warned that to get to them, you have to climb or go down a huge staircase (can be difficult with luggage or mobility limitations). I found it also very walkable without transit. There was very little security in the lobby after hours but nothing bad happened and I think there is just less concern for crime in general than in the States. I also appreciated that they arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for me!"
