El hotel es muy viejo y los cuartos huelen mucho a humedad, abrieron los cierres de mi equipaje que dejé en el hotel con mi ropa, le robaron un cargador y dinero a mis compañeros. Fue una experiencia súper triste por q nos habían recomendado el hotel y pues no nos gustó nada. El hotel es viejo y las alfombra se ve súper sucia, espero hagan algo por q dejan mucho q desear.

Hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta obtando por q se me cobrara al llegar al.hotel la recepcionista ya había hecho el cargo cuando le comenté q habías solicitado por una cantidad mas q se pagaba en mi llegada cosa q m respondió q ya había hecho el cargo a lo cual le comenté que m hiciera la devolución , procedió a hacerla y le dije q si no se ma hacia q. Q pasaba, a lo q respondió q tenia q acudir al.banco a reclamar , por lo cual le respondi q para nada acudiría puesto q se m iba a cobrar más por q había elegido esa opción y q era su problema q a mi m tenis q regresar el cargo q había efectuado,
