Overall the hotel is according to the price. It has a great location, close to downtown. Be aware there is no elevator. It gets a bit loud in the morning, from people talking in the hallway and nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.

The property was very well kept and the staff were all attentive and extremely polite. Special thanks to Cady and Lucy for their kindness and suggestions for local sites to visit. The breakfast although light was very tasty and more than sufficient to get your day started. I only wish coffee or hot water was readily available throughout the day.

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived an hour early for our check-in and were kindly greeted and given a room. The room though, was not very comfortable. The bed and pillows were lame and the shower was a disaster.(Room X)

Gorgeous

There's a little balcony but you can't go out. The breakfast is litterally just 2 pieces of toast, a small plate of papaya, and a tiny yogurt. The place is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. Super short 4 block walk to stores and restaurants.

The man who helped register us was very helpful. I found the room to be very dark and the breakfast area was on the third level. For anyone with heart conditions or underlying health issues they may not want to stay here for that reason. The hotel has been updated but the surroundings are not. Close walking distance to food and shopping.

Great friendly staff. The location is ideal and close to some amazing food. All within walking distance. Did I mention the staff is great. Thought I left my wallet behind and they were so attentive helping me find it. It was packed away in my suitcase. So embarrassing but makes me even more grateful to their professionalism and kindness. Parking was easy breezy.

We took a room on the third floor, hoping that we would have a view. You can only see the top of a church in a distance. The room was very clean, Air conditioning and mini fridge. They also have a library on the second floor that you can use as an office space. On the third floor, they have breakfast Area with your classic yogurt, granola, toast, coffee, tea, and juice. Parking is just around the corner right before you arrive to the hotel and it is included. The parking is very safe and there’s always an attendant on site.

There was a mix up up at check in. I thought I paid for all accommodation before my trip. On arrival I was asked to pay again. I did not expect this since all other hotel reservations on this trip were paid in advance with money collected by Expedia. Awkward! The bed sheets were rumpled and flung on in a haphazard fashion on arrival. I wasn't sure if they were changed so had to confirm with the staff member working on another room. The boutique hotel is beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful at reception. More attention should be taken in cleaning rooms in between guests. Thanks.
