"Very good hotel, conveniently situated with helpful staff. One minor gripe, probably no fault of staff, is that the hotel probably has an arrangement with taxi service, whereby it receives a nice percentage of fares. The reason I suspect this is that they claimed the fare for them arranging taxi service to the airport was $600-700 pesos, whereas the Uber app suggested half of that. We ultimately just hailed a taxi on the street and got a ride for $300 pesos."
