This hotel was absolutely stunning. Pictures online do not do this place justice. The property was amazing, the staff of Rosewood San Miguel were very hospitable and attentive, and we loved the location in relation to the rest of the city! The property is amazing and we truly enjoyed the excursion to the organic farm and the cooking lesson with a most amazing chef. Service otherwise was very hit and miss. Especially annoying were incidents where staff didn't get back to us and/or insisted on doing things their way which inconvenienced us, e.g. insisting on one check for breakfast when we wanted one check per room.

10/10! Truly a luxury and beautiful property with the best amenities. It’ll take your breath away the moment you step foot inside. The staff are so warm and hospitable and they took such great care of us and our baby infant. Great for children and family. We can’t wait to visit again soon!
