"Sadly our room wasn’t great (304). The duvet and pillows were both incredibly uncomfortable/hard. The bed was a queen not a double so very small for a comfortable stay. There was a lot of noise, people walking above us would shake the light fitting with every step. Lots of noise outside early morning refuse collection. The weirdest thing though was that the light switch for the bathroom was just outside the bathroom door (fine) but if you turned it on, it also turned on another light in the main room so if you went at night time, the whole room was lit up. Staff on reception and at breakfast were friendly and professional and the two staff who were running the bar for our private family function were also superb. Sadly, the gentlemen running the main bar were incredibly rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Which is a shame, and but at all what you expect when staying away. "

"The major issue is with the bathroom. Whilst it was vey modern, for people who have mobility issues the sides of the tub wss too high and we scared of slipping and falling exiting and entering the tub. since this hotel has small there didn’t seem like any option to have a walk in shower. Not uncommon in the UK. "

"This was my second stay at the corners over the Easter weekend. A lovely country inn in the middle of Kingsland. I use it as a base whilst visiting friends in the village. Clean and well maintained rooms, staff are friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast, made freshly and delicious. "

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking at the pub was limited, but we managed with the outside street parking, which you can stay in between 6pm-9am. "

"Easy parking and free. Bar with a good selection. No evening meal or lunch. Breakfast was ok and enough to start the day."
