「Had a great weekend. This cabin is located the furtherest up into Leatherwood than we had ever been. Very secluded and quiet. Would be terrific if you own a horse because it has a barn and pastures literally steps from the deck. The other high ratings are on this cabin were very accurate. Highly recommend and we will be back!」

「This wonderful little gem is at the top of the mountain. It’s a great ride up the road to the top of the mountain. The view was wonderful. The house was really a perfect size for just the two of us. It was well stocked with what we needed or wanted. The nice thing was that the owners were right next-door in their house if we needed anything they would’ve come over in a moment. I would highly recommend working with this owner or renting this cabin.」

「Great spot right in the heart of town! Much bigger and well appointed than we expected! Enjoyed our stay and being able to walk to everything!!! Bed was incredibly comfortable and well stocked with coffee and fixings, shampoos etc. We look forward to coming back! Highly recommend 5 stars!」

「Great property」

「Nice mountain views. A little small for my tastes. For the price and the view, it was worth being a little cramped.」

「Excellent all around experience!」

「lovely place. totally met our needs.」

「Spacious and comfortable cottage with a great location downtown. Will definitely be back!」

「We loved our stay at the hideaway. Not far from the main road, yet we felt remote the entire time. We loved the easy access to Boone and Banner elk. It was a great spot for us to rest and recover between hikes and adventures in the woods! The decor was tastefully done, the space well utilized and the host communicated very well. We were surprised by how clean everything was! We will definitely return!」
