この施設について

Beautiful 2BD 2BA home in small-town America

  • With a back patio for sitting and sipping coffee, you can enjoy the birds chirping happily all day, three of the four seasons. We’ve completely renovated this 1958 centrally-located duplex in the heart of Hickory.

A perfect blend of old and new with gorgeous refinished, original hardwood floors, and beautiful custom cabinetry. You will feel right at home with the farmhouse decor, genuine antiques, and fresh linens. The kitchen is a dream, filled with everything you need, including and old oak table and beautiful brown stoneware. Enclosed back porch is the coat drop area, but with a desk, chair, and lamp also serves as the perfect spot to get a little work done!
Several restaurants are within walking distance, and you are just a five minute drive to Lenoir-Rhyne University, the SALT Block, Frye Regional Medical Center, and downtown shopping. The Hickory Trail is nearby, spanning 10 miles across the city, and provides bicycle and pedestrian safety while connecting popular destinations and amenities.
    Come stay awhile!

The kitchen was sufficient as we didn’t do hardly any cooking, the A/C and heat was adequate and the rooms were very clean, if I could make a recommendation that a couple ottomans would be very nice (fantastic) for older folks, and the leave time put up to noon time. All in all our stay was very pleasurable. Look forward to another lovely day. Georgia Paquette
