Although the facility was clean and well maintained, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the staff at the front desk. Initially, I had booked and paid a room for two persons in separate beds. However, when we arrived I found that the room was very small for that. So, we requested a second room for the other member. They had availability and they provided with one and received pay for one night with a security credit provided too. The next morning we requested the staff at the desk and they confirmed that this second room would be available for the next three nights, which was our initial intention. Nothing was changed with the booking and the occupancy of the first room, which was done through Expedia. The next day I found the door of the room locked and, THE WORST, my own things removed from the room with my suitcase down in the desk, since the room was given to someone else. This, totally unacceptable behavior has never happened to me in the 50 years I have been traveling across the world. Before they did, what they did, they did not contact me, neither by phone or mail. I was furious and I protested and their day manager came and tried to save the day by providing me with a different room, what they called complementary. The room was clean and appropriate and the manager should be commented for his effort and results, but the fact of giving away a booked and paid room and removing my personal stuff without contacting me is inexcusable.
