This property is conveniently located close to Oerlikon train station. The pillows provided were quite flat, I requested two more and was told that additional pillows could not be provided. I also requested an additional fan, since there is no A/C at this property, and was also told that an additional fan could not be provided.

My wife and I stayed at the Glockenhof Hotel one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room well designed, quiet, clean and comfortable. For dinner we went across the street to Hiltl just across the street. Hiltl is a vegetarian paradise with an incredible variety of dishes. Highly recommend!

Very close to Zurich HB station, main hub for trains. It’s like 1 min walk and you’re there. Close to all the shopping and restaurants and fastfood. Staff are nice. Room was clean. Definitely recommended!

A beautiful apartment was soon a distant memory after the theft of our own kitchen item was removed by the housekeeper. Never returned to us, or sent to us after our vacation ended. What was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING is that we messaged EMA House reception the same day this occurred. They did not acknowledge our urgent request to contact housekeeping (on a Weds), so we messaged again Thursday, no reply, again we messaged the Friday and again no response, no acknowledgement. On Saturday we messaged and this being the day before we checked out, got an acknowledgment, no action by returning the item taken by the housekeeper, later EMA house reception wanted to search / check for the item in case it was placed in the draw. As if we hadn’t done it ourselves. We allowed this, to give us the opportunity to get some action - ie: Check with housekeeping what they had done with the item removed, time was running out. Up until this incident occurred EMA House reception responded within an hour or so to each and every message, every day. Since the incident we placed “Do not disturb / No cleaning” on the door, as we didn’t want anyone else entering and potentially another theft. We have reported this theft with CITY POLICE ZURICH, Bahnhofquai 3, Amtshaus I, 8001 Zurich. Lovely apartment, just really sorry we didn’t prevent / stop housekeeping entering.
