"0 stars if possible very rude host when asked when I will receive my deposit the host rudely told me to read the policy on the booking which states deposit is returned within 7 working days after checking out well it’s been over 2 weeks and the host excuse is they’re “busy with other customers” very very poor service and it might as well be a scam"

"The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"

"Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number.
Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host.
Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James."

"The hotel is in a good location , near the train station and surrounded by great bars and restraunts next to the canal .
The hotel is very clean , the rooms are beautiful and the staff are excellent !
The sky bar is a must visit , the views from there are amazing !
