"The inside building was very dirty. Our bed sunk in the middle and the bed itself had lots of stains."

"Excellent breakfast. Prompt response to most requests, (extra pillows and coffee, and toilet paper since only 1/2 roll upon arrival) Only one remote contol but 2 tv, no remote for sitting room, and the the plate in the mictowave was the wrong size. it fit with door vlosed but yurning nubs did not match and did not turn , plate was about 1 inch too big and when used spun under plate scratched and grumbled. I mentioned twice to front desk and left house keeping notes but not resolved durring our stay. Also they did apply my hilton rewards number at check in and made me sign up and now i have 2 accounts that i need to call and combine which is now a hassle . "

"We had to park kind of far from our room. It was pricey for one night and the hotel wasn't very nice. It had holes in the walls and the grass was super high. The entire first floor smellled like marijuana when we were leaving. The shower was kind of moldy and it kept holding water in it and not draining. The one good thing i could say was the staff were super nice. "

"Was informed by the desk that cleaning the room occurs after 3 nights. Had to come to the front desk each day to get towels. Trash required collecting it and leave it outside the door (unsightly). Request to have the room cleaned didn't get done and by the fourth night still (never) got cleaned during our five night stay. While clean, several things where broken or functioned poorly, including a wobbly lamp, broken light switch cover, and remnants of the hardware that at one time hung a full length mirror. The TV was old. The picture was so out of focus that you could not see the puck in the hockey game."

"Room (2 quuens) on 4th floor was updated but lobby and flooring near front desk and elevator are torn up. Almost fell down by tripping on torn up flooring. Breakfast the same stuff served at every CIS and most people will eat but I find it laks on how quality sugarfee Greek yogurt and fresh bananas. Most hotels have way too overrides bananas which have higher glycemic index and just taste mushy. Also cerial is not in single serve container like some CIS offer, where you can see what it is you will be eating. Coming from EU I will never understand how people in USA can eat white four buns with gravy. But these are minor complaints. Quiet room, and we slept well, beds are comfy. Location seems OK for safety."
