「Townhouse had everything we needed and comfortable beds. It was very clean and easy to access. I was able to do a late checkout which was very helpful with our schedule. Main Street has so many restaurants within walking distance. 」

「We spent some time in Carmel, while taking our daughter on a few college visits. The condo was very nice, and best of all was the location. Great spot in downtown Carmel, with easy, walkable access to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Also, only a very short drive to Meijer, as well as access to expressways. We would definitely consider another stay when visiting the Indianapolis area. 」

「Two couples shared this condo for the 2025 BIG Basketball Tourney held in Indy. The location was fantastic and this condo is sized perfectly for 2 couples. The condo was clean and minimally stocked with supplies. Desperately in need of a dining room table and chairs. Could use more silverware and kitchen supplies. Really need to explain garage access to renters before they arrive: unload your stuff at front door and temp park car on street. Take your stuff up and get fob from kitchen and then go...

「Did not provide unit number or access to apartment. Was home at property; but did not answer phone calls/emails from me or property management. Listing is for one bedroom apt. Apartment is actually 2 bedroom and owner lives there. Left stranded and had to get other But highly recommend people nNOT 」

「We had an overnight stay for a concert in town. It was short but sweet. It was the perfect little spot to spend the evening getting ready and eating pizza and a great place to land when we got in! So comfortable and cozy! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend! We will definitely be trying to find an excuse to stay again. 」

「Nice House in a Great Location」

「We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.」

「This was a great place to stay. Close enough to downtown to either scooter or Uber in for convenience. The place was spacious and clean. The pizza place downstairs was great food and good beer. I would recommend this place! 」

The second you open the door you are greeted with low budget furniture and decor, but what you notice first is the smell. Wow does that place have a smell! I honestly couldn’t describe what the smell is besides horrible and overpowering. We chose to continue our stay because relocating when we were only using it for a place to sleep seemed like a big hassle. Once you’re inside, you do adjust and stop...

「We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great communication. The area has a lot of dining options within walking distance that are not fast food chains. If you stay here, be aware that it can be noisy. We could hear conversations people outside were having even though the windows were closed. The noise machines in the bedroom were very helpful at night. That is a really thoughtful touch that we appreciated very much. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Its very confusing to get in at first. Once you get that figured out there are no problems. Walls do seem thin and someone spent part of the night walking with heavy footsteps above the apartment, but it is what it is. Apartment was clean, had good amenities and served the ourpose i needed. I chose it fornthe price, not realizing there was an add on cleaning fee. I could have spent the same amount for a hotel closer to my venue. 」
