Hello, and welcome to Griff's top-floor condo in downtown Indianapolis. Four blocks North of Monument Circle, four blocks West of Mass Ave.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom has plenty of space with a stocked kitchen.

We had a very good stay here. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth throughout our trip. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, located in a great and safe neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful experience, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Awesome place

We had a great stay here during the Big Ten bball tourney. Condo was just as described, clean, easy in and out. Fantastic location, we walked to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and several great restaurants on Mass Ave. Griffin was very responsive and super helpful. Would recommend!

Nicest Room in Town!

We stayed here for the Indianapolis 500 and it was incredible! The entire condo was professionally cleaned and everything worked perfectly! You can’t beat the location, walking distance to all the best restaurants and the state park. It is also just 1 block away from the parade during the 500 festival. The host was extremely responsive and any little question I had was answered very quickly. I can’t give this place a high enough rating, it’s perfect.

Perfect little city spot

Griffin is an excellent host and his condo was perfect for two. Its location in downtown was ideal; close to everything we wanted to see but not right in the middle of the noise. We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium (8 blocks away), the Convention Center, Soldiers & Sailors Monument, the Indiana War Memorial Plaza and many restaurants and shops. We felt safe walking in this well lit area of town and returning to a secure building protected by a locked entrance. The only time we needed a car was to get to and from the airport (about a 25 min trip). The condo was very clean, the bed was comfy, the bath towels smelled clean and we had everything we needed (including coffee and sugar!) Griffin responded quickly to all communications and was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this great little condo.

Wonderful Downtown Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this downtown Indianapolis apartment! The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to Monument Circle and the Mass Ave district, which made exploring the city very easy. The unit was spotless, with a spacious bathroom and a fully functional kitchen.Particularly impressive was how responsive and helpful the owner was. Griffin provided helpful advice, including cost-effective parking options that saved us both time and money. We also loved the personal touches in the apartment — especially the turntable with classic record albums, which added a fun and nostalgic vibe to our evenings.Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with thoughtful extras. We’d definitely stay here again!
