「It was nice and quiet. I however did trip 3x on the brick pad for the fireplace. I did enjoy the fireplace and the place was fully stocked with essentials. 」

「Very comfortable property, exactly as advertised. Easy walk to downtown Leadville. Very quiet neighborhood. One issue with central heating was resolved with space heaters and then permanent repair. Property owner was polite and responsive. 」

「Not a good neighborhood, small dingy, dark bathroom with hair on the floor. Tried to call back on the phone numbers that called me and one was no response and the other didn’t receive incoming calls. Wanted to leave early because I spent a day hiking in the mountains and my wife was scared to walk to the Main Street by her self because of the neighborhood. Run down house.」
