We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us suggestions of places to eat and such. The hotel is basically a few steps from the promenade by the beach and super close to the Place Massena. The tram and train station are located close by and also many great restaurants and superb shopping, including the mall with many stores, Galleries LaFayette and a ton of shops and souvenirs shops near the hotel.
We didn’t do the breakfast because it was a bit overpriced and instead we walked to the local boulangerie and it was great!
We highly recommend this hotel, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view from our room was spectacular!

A lovely hotel in an excellent situation on Promenade des Anglais.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was the best we've experienced.
The buses and trams made it easy to get around and explore Nice and run frequently near the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay and certainly hope to return soon.

From check in to check out seamless experience! Everyone was extremely kind and the amenities were amazing! Definitely have drinks at the bar and by the pool and make sure to grab dinner. Food was absolutely delicious.!

Last resort overnight
Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal

An OK place to stop..
Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really.

My husband loves anything to do with airplanes. This was such a great place for him. Parachutes coming down right in front of us. Glider planes soaring through the valley. Lovely little town with a fabulous grocery store that I could spend a lot of time in. The staff at the hotel were kind and friendly ...
