「They charged me twice for the same stay and also was horrible, no employees around to help with anything, no one was at the front desk either to help with anything. 」

「清掃ははっきり言って、行き届いていない。 チェックイン後すぐにゴミ箱を開けたら、コバエが２匹ほど出てきた。 というか、コバエが部屋内に多すぎ。 なぜ？ 現地で殺虫剤を購入する羽目に。 部屋も油臭い。壁に臭いが染みついているのでしょうか？ 食洗器内も食器も油臭い。 こちらも、対策としてファブリーズ的なものを購入しました。 シタディーンはパリではよく利用するのですが、清潔度合いが全然違います。 パリのシタディーンと違い、バスタオルやトイレットペーパー類が常に不足している。 駅からも遠くないし、通りを挟んですぐ隣にスーパーもあるので立地は悪くないです。 リピートは無いかな。 」

「20時から翌朝8時まではレセプションが閉まってるのが気になりました。 その間の質問やリクエストなどはワッツアップを介して行えますが、返信は来ません。」

「5点満点で評価します 場所の説明　2 普通のホテルのように外からエントランスは見えず、インターフォンを押し呼び出す 客室　3 エアコンが壊れていた ヒーターを貸していただいたが、想定外 シャワー圧は良い スタッフ　5 掃除はしないと言われたが、掃除をしてくれた　タオルやトイレットペーパーの交換もメールで連絡し可能」

「The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to...

「Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!」
