"Modern, sleek, sea and river-view rooms; just steps from the beach. Excellent Thallaso spa access was included - and it's good enough for Orio's Olympic rowing team, too! :) Helpful, pleasant staff. Great loction and popular amongst locals and tourists, with several bars and restaurants to choose from all within a few minutes walk. Its a great spot to surf, run, walk your dog, paraglide, rowing etc."

"We stayed in a triple room, sadly only for one night. We would have been happy to stay much longer. The rooms are modern, airy, smart and quiet. The electric blinds are really effective. Very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms, coffee, TV etc. Super clean. Location is really convenient too for the town and the beach. What sets the Hotel apart is the incredible welcome, service and friendliness. Esti spent a load of time recommending and booking restaurants for us and Pablo let us leave our luggage for the afternoon while we went to the beach. We could not have had a better stay. We loved Zarautz and want to come back and will return to Hotel Zerupe if we can!"

"Ideal location for an overnight stop 5 minutes off the motorway This is a hotel with no staff present To access the property phone the number printed on the door They will send you a code to open the door, operate the lift, get in to the floor and it also opens your room door. It all works very well when you know that, but they should send you this information in advance. It is not very pleasant standing outside on the pavement not really knowing how to access the hotel. Once inside it is very pleasant for a overnight stay. Microwaves, fridges, cooker etc all a available to use in the common area. There is a Dia supermarket on the ground floor that is very good The town is a minutes walk away The hotel is in an industrial area but still quiet and beautifull scenenery"

"Nice rustic hotel in a fantastic location just a short walk to the lovely promenade where you can find bars and restaurants. Parking can be an issue as there is no car park, also along the street outside, parking is for residents only. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have had a hot offering though. There is no air conditioning and the rooms get very hot, it was 39 degrees when we stayed and it felt like an oven. Staff were really helpful and friendly."
