「We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed the space and appreciated Vittorio for upgrading our room to a balcony with a lake view, providing helpful recommendations, and going out of his way to help us secure transportation quickly so we could make it to our train. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the room was bright and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to others!」

「Fantastic location for Lazise. The room was perfect for us only staying 1 night but will definitely be looking to come back and stay longer. Virtually no noise from the bars and restaurants was noticeable in the room at night. The room was spotless clean. A nice hot shower in the morning and coffee machine a nice touch. Everything in Lazise from here is a 5min walk. We felt like we had come across a real jem finding this and like I said can't wait to come back soon」

「Really enjoyed our stay and was pleasantly surprised. Very close to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the ferry stop. It was very confusing to find the building as the end is hidden and is accessed via a narrow hallway and the hotel reception is on the second floor of the building. However breakfast at the restaurant below is lovely and the staff were great. The room overlooking the square are so picturesque but this is a very busy location above a popular ice...

However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable.
