The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For shared use are available: sunshade and sun lounger.

Lazise. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 5 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep). The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. 2 sun loungers in each apartment.

Cooking nook in the living room with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, dishwasher, fridge and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window.
