「Ashley checked me in. She is very friendly & helpful. I would go see her for a few minutes before she finished work. We talked about Bessemer & what a wonderful town it is. She said it was a safe town and a great place to raise a family. People would come to the desk & no matter what they needed, she was efficient & took care of everyone who needed something. 「We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.
