I was willing to pay for an extra hour or 2 but the clerk apparently just didn’t want to help even though a just paid $500 for a spa treatment. I’ll go somewhere else next time"

Staff very friendly. 2 queen- floors were sticky and dirty, shower hot, bed clean and comfortable, overall was not cleaned well, smelled of cleaner and incense was burned right before we arrived.
