Do not recommend

This is a hotel that we did not consider to be a 3 star hotel, although it is written so. The reception person did not speak any English, and the room had funny smell. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Attenzione e qualità.

Personale gentile e attento nel voler soddisfare appieno il cliente. Molto bella la vista sul lago di Lugano, zona da cui partono diverse passeggiate. Gli animali da compagnia sono i benvenuti.

Non capisco le recensioni negative. Accoglienza ottima anche fuori orario check-in. Cordiali, disponibili, gentili. La struttura è chiaramente vecchia ma pulita. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. E per chi sarà fortunato come noi ... vista spettacolare sul lago! Unica nota negativa è il ristorante sotto l'albergo, quindi rumore e odori di cucina. A noi però non ha dato nessun fastidio, nulla di diverso da un albergo in riviera.
