スタッフは親切　バスタブあり　部屋はきれい。部屋の鍵に最初は戸惑った

2泊3日の短期間ですがお世話になりました。部屋も綺麗で清潔でよかったです。ロビーでは24時間コーヒー、紅茶などが無料で飲め便利でした。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで親切でした。近隣には早朝から開いているパン屋さんやランチやディナーを楽しめる多くのレストランがあり、スーパーも近く、トラムやRERの駅も近く便利な場所にあります。 強いて残念なところを挙げるなら、寝室と洗面室の扉がちゃんと閉まらないところでしょうか。

ロケーションは抜群です。 周辺にレストランも多く、スーパーマーケットなどもあるので便利です。

The hotel was also waking up early in the morning to loud noises of doors closing and not being able to get a good night's sleep. The sound of doors closing in all rooms is very loud. The employees of this hotel should stay there once to see how it sounds.When I complained to the female front desk staff about this, they were full of excuses and no apology. Firstly, if a complaint is made, you should apologise before making excuses. Other staff were very good. I will leave an honest comment as I would never return here.
