Great place to stay in Laval

Decent hotel in the heart of Laval kust ten minutes walk from the train station. All essentials provided with a comfy bed and a decent hot shower. Breakfast was OK but fairly limited selection. A good no frills option

Hotel was well located and rooms were fine. Shower was over bath and there are no grab rails or bath mats - so great care is needed- my husband slipped and fell. Some of the staff have very limited English but we got by.

This was a small hotel with a pleasant staff. The room was fine but the elevator was the smallest we had ever seen. Barely room for 2 people and no bags! Twice when we got the elevator it was filled with mops/buckets and cleaning supplies. Apparently the staff transports supplies between floors but no one was to get the materials out!

The receptionist was very kind and recommended some restaurants around the hotel. The one right next to this hotel was the one I chose. It was very good atmosphere with varieties of French cuisine with wines and beers. The room was clean and the location is good to explore the city.

Excellent hotel in great location

The hotel is in a very good location, my room was very comfortable and clean, and all the staff were efficient and friendly. Any query was immediately looked into. The breakfast was very good. I will definitely come again!

Room location was excellent… amazing view of the street with Christmas lights. Friendly staff. Limited local parking due to seasonal event and blocked streets also limited access, parked 3-4 blocks away upon arrival. No hotel parking availability.

We were two women friends we ordered twin rooms and we had a double bed. We were too tired to complain. Only one large mug in the room and didn't know how to work coffee machine. The girl who delivered the breakfast had to show us .l also found the room dark as it only had wall lights and a standard lamp

Médiocre, acceuil déplorable, le personnel est plus occupé à récupérer les données personnelles des clients qu'à faire leur travail, prix des chambres extrêmement élevées, totalement déconnectées du niveau de l'hôtel et du service offert, chambres neuves et globalement petites, ventilation impossible à éteindre, bruit de la ventilation permanent qui empêche dé dormir, petit déjeuner déplorable, croissants pas suffisamment cuits, fruits pourris dans la corbeille en quantité extrêmement réduite, machine à café défaillante, etc etc
