You have to climb 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment. You must have a valid credit card at check-in, so that the host can request a possible security deposit of €400.
You will also be asked to pay the Tourist Tax required by the municipality of Lavagna which amounts to a total of €8 -10-15 depending on the days of stay
