"I couldn't have imagined a better way to experience autumn in the Quebec City region. The fee was extremely reasonable for a 2-bedroom condo on two levels. There was a lovely, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, little back garden, and plenty of comfortable sleeping space for our party of five. The unit and surrounding property was very clean, and we were perfect distance to visit the cathedral in St. Anne de Beaupre, drive to Ile d'Orleans, and drive into Quebec City for the day. I took off a star for customer service because I didn't realize the property was on a different road from the resort, and I didn't have have roaming service on my phone on the mountain. We drove up to the head office, and I asked for information and if I could get on the wifi. I found the young woman who served us in customer service to be rude. She didn't even acknowledge me until I said something, and we had just been traveling for 3 hrs from Montreal with my mother who is 80. Alternatively, when I called and spoke to someone on the phone beforehand they were very kind. I speak French, so that was certainly not the issue. What I am saying is a smile and a friendly voice is what customer service is. It goes a long way for weary travelers."

"The self check in was easy hence the reason why I gave 3 stars to the staff helpfulness. The Entrance to the location was easy to miss but easy to access once we knew where to look. The room was very clean, spacious, also nice and quiet."
