"Staff didn't acknowledge my booking because they couldn't find me in the system. Even after showing my reservation confirmation number, I was told to call the booking company. While on the phone outside, they found my reservation printed off on the desk which pulled me from the system. This wouldn't be a big deal, but due to circumstances I had a late check-in and had an extremely early morning check-out... I just needed a few hours of sleep. No soaps in the bathroom (hand soap or shower soaps). Broken towel rack. Rust/mold in the fridge."

Also their recommendations were spot on regarding where to eat shop and explore. When we come back to Laurel we'll only stay in their cute quiet and clean Hilltop Guest House. "
