「This is not a 3 bedroom although it is listed that way. This is 2 bedrooms with a basement. It says it sleeps 11- absolutely no way 11 people would fit here. 8 MAX. Plenty of parking on the street but only one spot in the driveway. However, you receive a message before check in asking only 2 cars max park on the street due to neighbors complaining. The house was clean and had all items needed for cooking. 」

「Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! 」

「My fiance, my brother, myself and 3 small/med dogs stayed here while in town for a wedding, and it was excellent! The house is beautiful and comfortable! They really were considerate in thinking of anything you might need! Additional pillows, coffee, seasonings in the cabinet and butter in the fridge!
