「Not all rooms are beach-facing, as some rooms are in the semi-basement and some are facing the parking. No Condiments (coffee/Tea sachets/milk) in the room. Beach towels can be exchanged only on alternate days. Breakfast spread is good, but every single dish repeats every day. Good proximity to the central strip and safe to head back at night. Lovely beach, great for sunset and free beds included. Overall, an average place. Probably a no-frills budget hotel.」

「I can't recommend this property enough, from start to finish the whole experience was excellent, modern, immaculately clean, and THE most incredibly warm and helpful staff, a special mention to Emma who worked so hard to make sure every guest was looked after and comfortable with a beaming smile and brilliant craic. Walking distance to everything you would want, a 10 to 15 minute walk to Malia centre, I recommend turning right and right again from the hotel down to Malia Port and Potamos beach...

The design of the room is FANTASTIC,the amenities great(we loved the loukoumia and nespresso),no keys required which makes it much easier,the location is 2 minutes away by walk from the center of Agios Nikolaos.Very very satisfied,will absolutely go again next year. 「Very beautiful outdoor space - pool - veranda - .. You can relax the whole day at the pool and in the evening you can take a walk or dinner in Koutouloufari! Perfect location and big parking. Very nice personal! Only (-) was the bed in the bedroom and the „sofa“ in the living room, both was kinda uncomfy. Would recommend so 9/10! ☀️🇬🇷」

「A bit outdated, our room was directly behind the front desk and cleaning closet so not great to sleep in during the mornings. This info was not disclosed until prior to check in, otherwise room was very big, kept relatively clean.」
