"We just stayed at El Encanto for 7 days. It has been the Best All Inclusive I ever experienced. The staff go above and beyond. The food was excellent!! Our favorite, was the Italian restaurant. The views are Exceptional!! The pools are everywhere. The only negative is that they are a timeshare, they can be very aggressive!!! They don’t take no for an answer, we just didn’t show up. I’m on vacation, I really don’t want to be pressured into things. Tips are a Big thing for them, All Inclusive should just mean that."

"The facilities were gorgeous. I loved the layout of the resort. The beds were comfortable but I will say the rooms could use a little updating. They were clean and our view in our ocean front room was beautiful. I liked that that there was only 8 rooms in our building and they put us right next to the other group we traveled with. The food was really good, not everyone there was all inclusive since part of the resort in time shares and if you aren’t all inclusive the food and drink prices are steep! I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive like this before where you have to get and sign a ticket each time and mark the price you would have paid if you weren’t all Inclusive. I wasn’t sure if 15% was expected as a tip or what the protocol was in this instance. The buffet for our family of 4 would have $150 and I never have tipped more than $5-10 for a buffet at other all inclusive resorts that is my only real complaint. "
