Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.
The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it.
The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home. There is 1 camera in the front of the home, there is 1 camera at the backdoor that partially views the pool. It does not view the spa at all. And there is 1 camera on the pool equipment. There are NO cameras inside the home.
