"The location is right on the beach which is perfect a very relaxing feeling which I enjoyed. We lost our power for three or four hours which is kind of scary no backup generators. They had problems with the water drinking water which was a nuisance but everyone tried hard and I would recommend it for a no nonsense good place at the beach "

"Had an issue with the AC but they managed to accommodate me in another room !! They offered me another night half price but I asked for late checkout instead!! Also gave me freed breakfast.. Staff is willing to help"

"This is a hard place to rate. We liked it, but many won't. Lobby is open air, and dogs are sleeping there peacefully. The walk to your room is not through shining marble halls, but through a rain forest. No matter how often your room is cleaned, there will always be sand. If you like all-inclusives, you will probably hate this place (and vice versa). We had the top floor, with the ocean view. Easy walk to the beach, the cabana eateries, restaurants, bars, and the rest of town. We would go back. YMMV. You know who you are. "

"Asegúrese que su reserva está hecha. Cuando llegamos no teníamos habitación. Resolvieron con una pequeña donde tres personas tuvimos que dormir en una cama matrimonial. Sin proveer sábanas adicionales. Al otro día, luego del check out de otros inquilinos nos alojaron en la habitación que nos correspondía, por cierto la puerta estaba rota. Al menos, ya no tuvimos que compartir la sábana. "

"Room was ok shower didn’t work too well and a/c was kind of lacking besides that pretty decent for the amount being paid staff were super nice and welcoming I would probably recommend it to a friend even if the pictures are a bit misleading overall 08/10"

"The hotel shows pictures like a beach front hotel but you have to walk on a narrow street to the end of the road to go to the beach. The breakfast have three choices of breakfast but the “American coffee” doesn’t come with milk it’s an extra charge if you wanted light. The bed was a full size with only two small pillows, no tv in the room, no comforter just a flat sheet covered the bed, I stayed there for two uncomfortable nights. Also they have a sign in the bedroom to “not” to throw the bathroom tissue in the toilet but they don’t clean the room on a daily basis so it was a little funky smell in the room. I didn’t realized that I needed to pay at check in and they charged me an extra 4% charge for using my credit card. The weather was not the best it was raining so I feel like I wasted my vacation time there."
