"The Hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us very well when we checked in. They offered beach towels which can be used the whole day and returned towards the end of the day. They also offered free breakfast which included various options everyday. "
"The property and rooms are excellent, the food is good but a bit overpriced. If you stay in the upper area, it takes a lot of climbing the stairs to go to the beach. Overall, if you want to relax and enjoy the pool and the beach, this is the hotel to be in. The only negative thing is that you cannot walk to the little town of Santa Cruz, the hotel is too far and it takes over an hour, you have to take a taxi to get there, there is nothing much outside the property."
