"This property offers amazing beaches, things to do and very nice rooms. The resort is perched on a very hilly property so LOTS of walking is involved (or you can wait for a cart to drive you up and down the hills). I loved the number of steps I got in a day but if you have mobility issues or do not love walking, this might be a barrier. We stayed very active with gym, yoga, pickleball and water sport options so loved the choices to stay healthy while at an all inclusive. Staff were amazing and friendly. Food was just okay...not terrible but not amazing either. The best food I ate was surprisingly at the buffet. The other downside is that you are limited to eat by the times the restaurants/buffets are open. No room or beach food service (squirrels and birds VERY aggressive for food on beaches) so we found ourselves planning around that more than we would have liked. First world problem for sure though! Lastly, we ended up having a travel delay and the resort immediately extended our resort privileges so we could store our luggage and still use the resort into the afternoon of our check out which was VERY appreciated. Overall, GREAT place to stay!"

"Our first experience with an all inclusive. Staff was great, food was okay, manly cold even the room service. The jarring earthquake alarm randomly went off at 0330/0400 and when I brought it up I was told they were maintenance which I do not believe as there was no communication to guests and those test would not be done at early morning hours. Location as with all of Huatulco is beautiful, ground were lovely and well cared for. Beautiful place, but was a little disappointed with us getting sick and the alarm. "

"Highly recommend the food from the Hotel’s restaurant. Amazing food, tasty, big portions. Our reservation included breakfast buffet. The best breakfast I ever had, so complete: chilaquiles, eggs, pancakes, juice, fruit etc. staff members are so nice, polite, friendly. They are so helpful if you need any help getting some where.. I’m so happy I booked in this hotel. "

The unit we stayed in had great views, and was kept comfortable by the ocean breezes and occasional A/C use. We knew that it would be a climb to get to the place, which it is. It didn't bother us, but this is probably not a good choice for someone with serious health issues."

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

"Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!"
