"The room I had this trip was 2118 I believe, possibly newly renovated. I always love the property, this was even nicer. The Suite was great, as I had a female friend with me. She had her privacy, as did I. A.C. thermostat was kinda squishy, broken Air never turned off. Luckily we both like it cold. We told front desk upon leaving. The stay was great as usual. I wish yall had a rate for UTSW patients. Great stay. Larry Burdette "

"The stay was great. The size of the room was nice, it was clean and spotless. The bathroom had a water closet which I loved. The rooftop area was nice as well and they had good food/drinks. The location was okay. There were good food options within 15 min of the hotel. "

"Everything was great. Lots of space and the room was very reasonably priced. The hotel seems well maintained. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have is the furniture in the living room area definitely smelled like cats and I had a mild allergic reaction to it. It is a pet friendly property though so not a huge deal. I know cat smell is hard to get out of things. While we were there the weather was nice so we just opened the window while we were in the room. Other than that everything was excellent. Will stay there again next time I'm out that way."

He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. My friend and I were celebrating a new chapter in life but couldn’t quite decide on what to drink. He took the time to ask about our preferences-what we liked and didn’t like-and then curated a perfect list of drink options tailored just for us. Each recommendation came with thoughtful insight and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge, professionalism, and great personality truly elevated our evening. If I return to this resort, it will absolutely be because of his outstanding service and the top-notch hospitality of the restaurant staff. Truly a 5-star experience! "
