The hotel seems to be in disrepair, our room was, at least. The room smelled barely ok, the main window hasn’t been cleaned in years, grime on ceiling, mold growing in bathroom, bathroom walls in need of repair. The basement parking is a mess, garbage on floor, smells of beer, and visible plumbing looks old and dirty.

This location has so much potential. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was great every morning. The location had you literally within a 30 minute drive from most attractions. However, when you needed anything for your room, you were not able to get anything restocked, and I mean anything. We booked our stay from Tuesday until Friday, and in order for us to receive clean towels and wash clothes, they literally had to move us into another room! We get into the new room, and there were no washcloths. So the move was pointless. The hotel seems to not have enough towels, wash clothes, or linens; for the amount of guests, staying at the hotel. It’s either this, or they are understaffed and cannot keep up with the demand. Either way, that was a first for me. I’ve never had to move to a new room just to get clean towels. So we basically just limited what we did, like avoiding the pool. Which means we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities offered by the hotel. Lastly, they will not clean your room upon request. We asked that our room be cleaned, and after being at Six Flags all day, we returned to a unclean room with nothing restocked and this is when we also learned about, the hotel being out of everything. So like I said a lot of potential, but there are certainly areas of improvement. If you’ve ever stayed at an Embassy Hotel, this is not typical. Somehow we still enjoyed our stay, but won’t be staying at this location in the future.

Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to that one each time I go there.

At check-in, the attendant initially told me there were no rooms available. I questioned this because I had a confirmed reservation, and only after I pressed the issue did he “find” a room for me. The first room I was given had a significant amount of hair in the bathtub, which was extremely unsanitary. I had to go back down to the front desk to request another room. This occurred shortly after the same employee had returned from what appeared to be a “smoke” break, and he seemed somewhat disoriented when helping me. Later that Saturday night, I again saw the same employee outside the front lobby doors “smoking” with a friend. The hotel itself is clearly in need of renovations. The rooms have a noticeable unpleasant odor, the bathrooms are extremely small, and the showers oddly have no full door or curtain. During my stay, I heard numerous guests at the front desk complaining about a variety of issues. When we checked out, we had to wait over 20 minutes for an elevator to reach the 9th floor so we could bring our belongings down. The elevator floors had food all over them, and the entire hotel—especially the elevators—had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Additionally, the photos online were very misleading and do not accurately reflect the condition of the hotel. Many guests I observed that evening were clearly frustrated and voicing complaints. Additionally the parking was very sketch and you had people parking in no parking spots. I am personally disabled as well.

I couldn’t get towels or blankets for day & there were other guests with the same issue. The breakfast buffet ran out of plates & food both days & staff that were working wasn’t trying to help or accommodate me. Guest were up on the 4th floor arguing & fighting at 3/4 am & nothin happened

Whe asked for an extra blanket the entire stay we kept getting the run around , when going down for the 4th time I saw house keeping with clean blankets putting them away and the front desk tried to tell me there wasn’t any. It was very cold in that hotel and an extra blanket for my baby girl wouldn’t have hurted.

It is a lack of respect, these people took my security deposit, there was a peeled wall that the paint was falling, I went to the Front Des to express the inconvenience and they told me not to pay attention that that was not my fault and it turns out that from my security deposit they deducted it they are a lack of respect, I do not recommend this place at all. Be careful with your money.

The place was extremely dirty . The rooms air conditioning was now working . The elevator smelt like weed . Halls were dirty . My bathroom toilet didn’t have a lid on the tank . Awful customer service

This place was not clean the toilet in my sister room was broken the handle was rusted and broke. They did not move her to another room. Staff did not clean daily or pick up the dirty laundry. Breakfast was just ok. A homeless man that was talking to himself was in the hotel lobby no security was present. One of the front desk clerks acted like she didn’t know who the manager was. Will not stay again at this location.

I usually LOVE Embassy Suites, however this location is extremely outdated, old, and run down. The room was ok, the bathroom had a vent that automatically came on with the light which I hate. Makes it noisy and irritating when getting ready. It was also very small. The breakfast was wonderful as usual so no complaints there. The parking garage is creepy, dark, and wet VERY low ceiling. The cost was low so that helped a little. Just don’t expect the quality of an Embassy Suites you may be used to if you stay here.

This was the first time I have encounter an experience like this. Went to check in. I was given a key to a room that was in use. Informed hotel attendant was given another room and another key. Room would not open. Had to go back to Lobby was given another key. Still did not work hotel attendant went to the room and tried to open it with a key he had still did not work and said it was probly occupied and locked from the inside. Did not get another room attendant said they were full. So i had to leave. Although attendant was helpful. This situation was very stressful.

Unfortunately this hotel wasn’t a great stay. I love Embassy, but unfortunately, this location is very dated and needs so much TLC. The smell was bad, comforter and pillows out of shape, cracks in the walls and bathroom ceiling, dirty furniture, and so much more. The only positive was the friendly staff.

The hotel itself was great! The parking facilities on the other hand… Oof! I’m a 49 year old man who doesn’t spook easily but it was creepy. The parking garage felt like it was pulled straight from a horror film. Medium lighting, dark areas, leaking water pooling on the floors, access to elevators not immediately clear. AGAIN, let me stress that the hotel was GREAT!

The staff at the check in desk was quick and very professional. There was an alarm sounding and he was dealing with other staff and customers in a very expedient manner. I stay at Embassy because their breakfast is usually good but the tables were not wiped down and food was not replenished so most items were missing. My room door gets stuck and difficult to open.
