"We loved our second stay at BV Grand. The staff is great and Sunset restaurant is our favourite for the food and also the majestic sunset view. Rooms were very clean and the service was efficient everyday. We missed having a bit more protein options at the Buffet restaurant. Jorge our pool server is the best and always makes our stay so pleasant . We loved the Mexican night . It was the highlight of our stay . The Tradicional Mexican shows were the best. Point to improve: the bike service. Bikes need some maintenance or replacement. "

"Great stay overall at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the beach, pool, and buffet, plenty of good food and a fun atmosphere. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, the furniture feels outdated, the air conditioning is very loud, and the bathroom could use an upgrade."

"This property satisfies the minimum standards. If you wish to relax by staying all day long at the hotel, and enjoying the all-inclusive amenities, this place is for you. On the other hand, the location of the property could be a hassle if you want to go shopping at the city downtown or 'Malecon'. Also, the beach is kinda far from the property; forget about see view rooms... You gotta take into consideration that this hotel has no elevators, just stairs instead. WiFi quality is poor. Nevertheless, the staff service quality is excellent! Five star service."

"I recently spent several nights at the Vallarta Live Hotel, which is located in a neighborhood section, approximately a 15-20 min walk to the beaches. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and in a very walkable area. There are a number of restaurants and shops withing a reasonable walking distance."
