very comfortable. The other guests down the hall were a little noisy, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

My wife and I truly enjoyed soaking in their indoor hot tub after a long day of activities. The room was wonderful, they had a mattress that I wish I had at home. We enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Staff was awesome

Excellent hotel. Very professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. We checked in late and required a handicap room. Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk. The person working the desk thought to turn it on, then picked up our call right away which allowed a very prompt return of the phone...

Great stay

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

The room and service was great. I really like the fact that there was afull bottle of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom for the forgetful packer

Shuttle runs 24hrs, making transport to the airport hassle free. Front Desk Staff stood out; both Gentlemen so helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Long term parking is affordable and far less costly than airport parking.

We stayed for 1 night . The room was perfect for our family of 3 with clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Online check in was a great option as well. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked from eggs, waffles, to bagels, cereal and oatmeal. And it was tasty which is always an added bonus.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay here for the Ravens game. There is a walking distance for a lot of things like restaurants and the aquarium and what not. Really loved how there was security downstairs at all times especially during a busy weekend for the football game! We loved our room, the space, the cleanliness, the bed everything was a 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and other people

Booked trip for Baltimore football game. Two weeks before the game, my original hotel canceled my booking and I was forced to find another one. May have been the best thing. This hotel was great all around. Upon arrival the front desk was polite and answered all our questions about walking directions to various places around. Recommended food choices as well. i like where i was at and how the staff took care of me

Hotel was modern and clean, in a great area of Baltimore. Free parking in garage next to hotel (you have to check in and get a tag to display on your dashboard first). Very walkable neighborhood with grocery store and restaurants. Within walking distance of Charm City Circulator (bus) and Harbor Connector (water taxi) stops - both free!
